Payment Policies



Todos los pagos son en dólares estadounidenses. Su tarjeta de crédito o cuenta PayPal  será cargada con la cantidad total de su orden en el día y hora que realice su pedido. Order Processing


Due to high order volumes, the shipping of your order can take from 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As a result, Musu Cosmetics can take 2 to 7 business days to process and pack your order before the transportation service selected by you picks up your order.

Order Policy

All orders are shipped from Caracas, Venezuela. Express type services are available (additional charges apply). Musu Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or damaged orders during the shipping process. additional charges for orders returned as a result of errors by the customer (wrong address, orders rejected or impossible to deliver, etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping to Venezuela – Terms and Conditions


The shipping method will be by DOMESA or the shipping house that offers better packaging disposition and treatment (depending on the weight of the package, contents and location), unless the customer specifies another.
The shipment may take 3 to 5 business days. Once Musu Cosmetics verifies the completion of your payment, an email will be sent informing you of the reception of the payment and the delivery will be made on Wednesday next to the date of the mail, that day will be informed of the probable date of receipt of your merchandise by the courier selected according to your location and the support reference number.


International Shipping – Terms and Conditions


For all international shipping: Musu Cosmetics requires to know the shipping address … The customer will receive a courtesy notification. Musu Cosmetics is not responsible for lost orders, damaged or lost products when shipped with DHL. Any type of discrepancy in your order must be notified within 48 hours after receiving your order. Once Musu Cosmetics verifies the completion of your payment, an email will be sent informing you of the reception of the payment and the delivery will be made on Wednesday next to the date of the mail, that day will be informed of the probable date of receipt of your merchandise by the courier selected according to your location and the support reference number and it could take 4 to 8 weeks to arrive at your destination, depending on the location and customs of your country. You must take into account that orders shipped to locations outside of Venezuela are subject to taxes, fees, brokerage fees, and any other expense related to the importation of products into the country of destination from Venezuela. Musu Cosmetics will not be able to add these costs before making its purchase online through the web portal, because the laws and rates may vary from country to country.


It is important to consider that your banking institution may add additional charges for the conversion of costs or other fees for international purchases. The amount charged may be different from the total to be paid. Please contact your bank with regard to questions related to discrepancies related to conversion rates.
